His team did very professional work and were very easy to deal with.There was very good communication with all involved. During the job we made major changes (including adding a wall between the shower and washing machine and moving the door way) One tradesman came on a Sunday to repair an unexpected crumbling wall so as not to hold others. We combined the existing laundry and guest toilet into a single bathroom which required a wall being knocked down. I met Al before the works started but as I was overseas later, he was in contact with my dad the whole time. My parents are in their 60s and english is not their first language. But Al was very easy for them to work with. He also made the process really easy by sourcing all the supplies (the only thing we ordered were the kitchen appliances, everything else was included which made it much easier for my parents to manage). Everything was done on time and my parents are very happy with their newly renovated place.
